Product Management

• Products can be created manually or by scanning barcodes.
• Products are categorizable and locatable within the system.
• Product details include unit sale price and unit purchase price for accurate profit and loss calculations. Price updates can be made per transaction to maintain accuracy.
• The product interface displays key metrics such as total purchased quantity and amount, total sold quantity and revenue, shipped quantity, delivered quantity, and received quantity.

Procurement Transactions

• Purchase transactions are accessible from the home screen, 'Buy' menu, or directly from product screens.
• Each transaction lists products with quantities, purchase prices, and discounts as applicable. The total is calculated automatically.
• Received quantities can be confirmed or updated via the Receive Transaction interface, particularly for pending items.

Sales Transactions

• Sales can be initiated from the home screen, 'Sell' menu, or product-specific pages.
• Each sale includes transaction identifiers, dates, product line items with quantities, unit prices, costs, and discounts. Totals are computed accordingly.
• The status of each line item—shipped or delivered—can be updated through dedicated shipping or delivery interfaces to reflect real-time progress.

Inventory Handling

Receive Transaction

• This interface displays pending items from purchase transactions for update on received quantities.
• User can modify received amounts to match actual inventory intake.

Shipping Transaction

• This section lists items identified for shipment from sales transactions.
• User can specify shipped quantities for pending items in this interface.

Delivery Confirmation

• Displays items pending delivery based on sales and shipment status.
• User can update delivered quantities accordingly to close out orders.
